peeler crab

i have ran out of crab after being lazy for the summer :oops: , does anyone know where i can get any in dublin or how to moult my own.
P.S the last time i tried to keep 'em alive they died after three days. does it even work at this time of year?

you might get frozen in Tallaght rod and gun or lucan fishing and gun shop. Dont know where you would get live.

There is a big article in Sea Angler magazine this month on the best way to keep the peelers alive.....

Might be worth a look.

If your looking for crabs in dublin this late in the session try the canal or lesson street after the sun goes down :lol:

the tackle shop in wicklow town have frozen crab a bit expensive 7 euro for four,,, but there packed well and big i recon you would get 8 decent baits per pack
