broken rod

my diawa beachcaster has to be sent back to there factory i rang them about a pick up and delivery service but they were no help at all.
famac parcelforce and royal mail say they cant take anything over a metre and a half does any 1 in county antrim no ov a delivery service that will pick up and deliver it to the diawa factory cheersl
