I was thinking of gettin one of these rods for flattie fishing(so i can use super long traces) and i was wonderin wether anyone had one of these rods? if so wat are your opinions on the bite detection? And is there another rod on the market that would do the same job better?(for the same money of course)

in calmish weather its a great flattie rod. bite detection is good it would be nicer if it had a softer tip for close range stuff. the 5m casts a dream. you will never need to buy a boat!!
