Rossnowlagh 3rd November

Had leg of Donegal Bay SAC winter league here on the Friday night. Conditions were ideal, with the wind having gone south and picked up a little..put up a nice surf..not to big but just right. Fished showed from the off with virtually every angler catching by the time we wrapped it up.

The winner had 5 flounder whilst second had four. Virtually everything landed made the size which makes a nice change! Hopefully it will fish as well at the open on Sunday.
Sea Species(25) bass, codling, whiting, turbot, seatrout, stingray, pollock, coalfish, longspine scorpion, ballan wrasse, dogfish, ling, pouting, poor cod, dab, mackerel, smelt, sandeel, launce, bull huss, painted ray, thick lip mullet, golden grey mullet, rock goby.

Sneaked it alright Sean, if you had a been there on time it might have been closer  Match starts at 11.30am Jude but try and be there earlier in order to get peg sorted and get time to walk to it...Rossnowlagh is a big ol' beach. Gimme a ring or send us an email if you want any more details.
