Tide:3 up 3 down
Weather:very mild, little wind and heavy mist
Bait:Rag, lug, crab, squid and mac
Rigs:a lot
Results:over 70 fish inc Bass, Cod, Coalie, Flounder and whiting

Report:
As mentioned in the report for the Munster Open the fishing on tramore beach was tough to say the least but knowing this beach fairly well I knew that there should have been a lot more fish about so myself, Kstaff and Pa went out to try again.
Earlier in the day we went to the Angling and Outdoor center and spoiled ourselves with new rods and reels. We headed to tramore with the intention of brushing up on our casting but after an hour of this went home to get the gear together.
Arriving back at tramore after dark we wasted no time in getting set up and lobbing out a couple of baits. First knock came to me and I missed a good bass.
Then within less than 1 minute a second missed bite for me as the other 2 reeled in a bass each.

From that point on it never stopped with double shots all night.

After an hour of this the camera went away as we did not have time to use it with the rods nodding all the time.
The biggest fish fell to Pa ( with one of my secret baits. )
He has had only 1 bass before this trip and had 3 on the night. the last of which weighed in at just under 7lb.

After almost 30 coalies, a hand full of cod and a small flounder I eventually got my bass. 43cm and just over 2 lb.

It was a night to remember with just short of 80 fish landed.
The only reason we went home at all was we ran out of bait.
