Bait:half mackrel or small whiting

Rigs:pennel pulley with 6/0-8/0 aberdeen. 2 foot wire hooklenght

Catch and Release:: you should

Report:not so much a report of what i caught but whats been caught recently, especialy about one mile out at the yellow boy.according to my local tackle shop theres been a few tope caught here at night all around the beach, nothing big but still a tope!.forgot to ask about tides,weather, but experience tells me ising tide and calm night should be good over the sand at range. dont forget to put an extra strong leader because their skin is rough and the best bait is whiting with some bits of mackrel on the weight spikes to add scent. even if you dont get a tope, my freind told me he got a two lbs codling to warm the spirits. stick with the peeler for them. tight lines and im off on sunday night for a go.

Was just told the same news by Eddie. The beach will be packed with tope anglers. No doubt some boats will be out as well. Wonder what the attraction is around the pipe!!!!!!!!!
