Bait: Nil
Rigs: lures, leadheds and spoons in the main
Results: Scad, coalfish and pollack
Catch and Release:: Yes
Report: Was up in the Mullet showing the lads a few marks and decided to get out of the wind (made some of the marks unfishable along with the massive groundswell) and try the lighhouse. Scrambled down the cliffs and fished into the relative calm. Bruce has a fish as cast for the first 10 casts on a small silver sprat like spoon, Miek got a few small pollack on a toby and the Bruce took a scad. Its almost november! I had a tiny pollack and then moved up into rougher water and took a nice fat pollack around 1.5 lbs on a sand eel imitation lure. Seal showed and that was that although Mike took a few coalfish in the same bay. Bruce found the promontary opposite the island was really good - deep water and a few pollack as well. Alas no bass for Bruce !
