Kilmore Quay
Hi Wayne
Try forlorn point beside the harbour... excellent lure fishing for bass and big wrasse under your feet if you use mussel, limpet, rag and esp small hardback crabs. Not a spot on a wild day and very snaggy / foul...

Time spent fishing is never time wasted...
2015 targets - a triggerfish, a specimen bass, a three bearded rockling to complete the set and something big and toothy from certain north Mayo deep water marks

hi wayne,
try the coombe, churchtown, or rossdunestown beaches for a big bass
if conditions are right, especially at night, good frozen mackeral will out fish any other bait for bass here, tides are good next week for these beaches, if they are not fishable due to weather or weed, ballytrent or st helens close to rosslare hbr will be, crab will also catch, with worms for codling and coalies, ill be out myself might see you around

the ifsa shore masters were held in the area last weekend, with flounder bass and turbot and dabs (mostly small) being caught from morriscastle and ballinuart beaches north of wexford to small lug, rag maddie and mackerel baits
rostoonsdown produced bass, pout poor cod codling flounder coailes and pollack but again due to the weed on the venue floating around in the surf the fishing was patchy
katts strand produced flounder and eels to crab baits
