Interclub competition between Gadsac and Ladsac
Plenty of flounder small coalies whiting and a couple of dogs
Steve Hewitt was top individual rod with 8 fish
Iwas second with 6 and my 10 year old son was third with 6 as well
As for the result well Gadsac's 8 members scored 423 points
Ladsac's 5 members had 585 points
Not a bad nights fishing and great craic

Was catch and release
I thought about the one that got away and it did

Definately great craic Codfather, Great advice for unhooking flounder etc you pasted on. Thanks for that, you learn something all the time. 8) It's one competition I look forward to every year as the banter is mighty. I know I won the individual but you Larne lads got off to a flyer and really GADSAC where Playing catchup from fairly early on.

Looking forward to next year already. the shield is only lent to you so don't get too attached:

Ps. Fantastic fishing Ryan  , you really did show alot of the seniors the way to go. Keep it up and you will soon be showing your da the way forward also!

Ryan, can you pass on what you were doing so well? Some of the GADSAC lads blanked, and we need all the help we can get for next year

Cheers again for the nights craic

Steve

A big thanks to the Larne lads for the competition last night.

They won fair and square with a few of the GADSAC boys (including myself) blanking.

N&G was the top rod for the comp and accounted for most of our points 8)

Beaches and me just have not went well together this year

The young fella done good Graham :!: :!:

I know it is a cliche - but they are the future of fishing.....

One other thing I meant to ask was - how much groundbait did you put out on Sunday morning? The Co-Op in Larne were completley out of breadcrumbs when I called on Sunday

Almost 20 fish between 3 pegs beside each other

Stewards enquiry please.....
