joey London.
Ballynahown is the area where Rossaveal sits. Try the pier in Rossaveal its still good for mackeral and also flounder and conger if you wanna night fish! Also there is a beach in inverin just pass spiddal called "tra mor" which is the first left after "Tigh Chulain" pub and its great for wrasse of the high rock on the left. High tide! "tigh chulain" is a friendly, family run bar, which accept euro , but not fish!!

thats it. i have seen conger swim in there when the fishermen have cleaned their fish. During the summer one of the boats had two good size congers in the bottom of the boat alive, i pressume he used them for his pots. didnt go near them as the owner of the boat is a nut job. also used to see lots of flatfish swim in the sand when coming in on the boat at low water.
