Lads,
Anyone got any suggestions on how to clean rust off spinners german sprats/toby's and the like, that and a lot of them are badly tarnished/dulled. I want to get the shine back too. Please tell me there's some magic liquid solution that I just put them in overnight and hey presto lures like new in the morning...

vinegar... coca cola.....
what you can try (if you want), is when it is shin again.. get some clear varnish and give a very light coating...

dont let them rust in the first place, give them a light spray of wd40 after use.
if they are rusted and you want them silver again, rub them down with a buff or scotch pad or similar, buy a can of plastikote spray paint in chrome colour, and spray em again!! just keep topping it up!
