P.S. (If Pete shows up make sure Leslie checks the steering, the bungs, the propeller pins etc and most of all that he keeps his car keys out of sight and reach)

LMAO Don..... :D

For anyone thats interested, the results are as follows.....

1st - Me, 11 pollack, 1 ballan and 1 tub gurnard
2nd- JD, 1 ballan, 1 cuckoo, 1 pollack
3rd- Blaker, 1 tub gurnard

A quiet days fishing, I took the decision to pollack bash for the day using 5lb fluorocarbon to size 16 hooks and 3 cornflakes as bait tipped off with a Coco Pop. This proved to do very well with a steady succession of pollack to 4lbs or so coming to the boat. A couple of odd surprises whilst at this, a ballan wrasse of 3lbish to a custard cream and a Tub gurnard, also to a Pop tart....

(ye think Im gonna give away everything.... :D )

Enjoyed the afternoon, I tell you, it fairly cleared the head after that week of sin and debauchery in Mallorca. :D
