Fished here on Sat night from 9-11. dead low was 11.30 approx. using variety of spinners/lures. i mackerel caught!! saw several fish rise & jump- bass & sea trout some nice size fish. will try again, maybe using bait this time.
as an aside i was in an angling shop in dundalk sat morning- i think its called island tackle. didnt like the attitude of the guy inside, didnt seem to want to know about my questions and i was buying some stuff, wont go there again.
also, not sure what it is but there is a shore angling "extravaganza" on here for the weekend of 14/15 august. i wont be around but i'd say it wil be good. if anyone has any info on it could they post it on this site. i'll try to find out more
