I have some Gulp crab but haven't used them much. How long does the scent last? How often do you need a fresh one?

i was rather sceptical about all those artificial baits... but now i'm converted...

well i had them on the hook quite a while (30 mins) before i got the bite..

at a rough guess when the colour of the crab completely fades from the crab the scent will be gone...

( i still want to get one of those wexford bass   )

One of the wexford tackle dealers told me the gulp crabs were working well locally, but then he was trying to sell them to me.

Might grab a few more packs from veals and give them a go ...

What colour were you using? Natural, moulting or "new penny" (looks more like fake tan)
