Clean out the Uni-direction bearing located in the right hand end plate with lighter fluid and check that the plastic cage for the rollers is still intact. Small amounts of dirt will jam the rollers.

If it is ok, lubricate with a small amount of waterproof grease ( WD 40 etc. is no good ) and it should be back to 100%.

Forgot to say, if the cage is broken in the bearing - the entire right hand end plate has to be replaced ( the bearing can not be removed ).
