Killary

Hi Rocker

Do a search on Killary (third option above from the left) and this will help you. The main fjord is a problem to fish as there are steep stepped sides with heavily weeded rocks - no problem casting, retrieving can be difficult mind! Bottom is routinely mud which means the leads can plug & sink, not easy to move them off a boat, probably a lot harder off the shore. Flatten the leads with a hammer.

Time spent fishing is never time wasted...

2015 targets - a triggerfish, a specimen bass, a three bearded rockling to complete the set and something big and toothy from certain north Mayo deep water marks
