Sea Trout - Wexford?

Just wondering if anyone has caught a sea trout on any of the carne beaches in south wexford, Coombe, Rosdoonstown etc. There are a lot of trout jumping but Ive never hooked one. Has anyone caught one? What lure, line, tide, time of year etc???
