Greys point.Helens bay.

People:me,Bobby,Brian,Tony.

Duration:12pm_5pm.

Tide:High at about 4pm

Weather:blue skies,light breeze.

Bait:me ,feathers.other 3 using rag on float.

Rigs:as above.

Results:me,one mackerel.tony and brian one small wrasse each.
very poor.At least 8 or nine others fishing and i only seen three other macks caught.met Grabster in the car park and had a good yarn.Nice to have met you big fella.

Cheers mate, its good to put a face to the name. Its a pity the fishing wasnt any good though ,ah well... maybe next time.

iv fished off there quite a lot in my boat on the edge of the weed and have caught a load of good sized mackerel and off crawfordsburn as well.they were kinda unexpected but we wer delighted!

orlock was fishing bad today as well lads. didn't set out to catch mackerel but after only catching a small wrasse and a small pollock in around 3 hours the feathers came out. didn't catch a single mackerel and they were torturing me at this spot a week ago!!! must have had something to do with the heat or something. still good to hear the wrasse r about greys point.
