Hi Shootist,

I saw Black Bream being caught in Timoleague estuary (Co Cork) in late May. More recently I've heard of reports of them being caught at Ring Pier near Clonakilty.

Yeah they were deffo black bream in Courtmac/Timoleague. Low tide on lug at burren pier or around the headland at broadstrand beach.
Mainly caught by accident but they are n longer regarded as an odd catch anymore.
Have taken triggers off Courtmac pier too.
