Hi all,

Terry is my name

Found this forum today while googling marks and info for cork harbour.

Looking forward to picking up some tips and info on here.

I do a lot of sea fishing since moving to east cork but do a bit of Trout/Salmon and Pike from time to time to.

Based in Carrigtwohill so I do a lot of fishing around ballinwilling, Garry voe, Bally cotton etc

hoping to pick up some info on a club close to me I could join too.

You can add Youghal to your list also. Some cod and whiting starting to show up.

Do a search under " South coast cod" there is plenty of reading there.
A bit scattered with links to other posts but enough reading to keep you going.

I fish Ferry Point a bit, have a black Pajero and fish out of the back door. :D

Thanks for info. I met you a few times on bally cotton Pier! you gave me a few fresh rag one night I had a great evenings fishing with them! I re call you saying you know my uncle jim(junior) he lives up your way.

I am headed to ferry point Friday for a cast if Tom has a few crab for me ,really hoping to get a nice cod, last time I caught them was the monkstown days

Im taking a break from ballinwilling and garry voe, worn out from painted ray! I had 6 specimens in one night last month I suspect that 80cm will be moved to 90 cm soon!
