Buncrana beach

#1 Post by MC »

bit of a late report, but 3 of us fished Buncrana beach last Saturday night, it was wet and windy but it soon clamed down to a lovely night. A multitude of baits were used from ragworm to squid, sandeel and mackerel. All bite came at the top half of the tide after the weather settled. louis landed a couple of doggies and a nice thronback ray, Rath blanked and I managed small huss which threw up on me. All in all a good night was had and hopefully I may get another go at the rays before the winter sets in. Until next time tight lines folks
