Handful of short sessions over the last few weeks seen an slight improvement on the mayo beaches. Biggest issue was trying to get a cast in between the crappy enough weather conditions.
With lots of rain in the month of July, the best option was to try stay away from beaches with heavy freshwater entry

sand eels and mackerel were the preferred choice of bait, and when the surf was sufficient enough, a nice selection of turbot, flounder and sea trout's showed their interest in the baits along with a small seabass

Wanted to upload about 10 pictures but unfortunately i was limited to 5 only

Anyway we still have high temps about and hopefully the rain will stay away as i predict we could have an interesting autumn ahead

All fish were returned alive to fight another day

Tight lines
