Lower Aghada slipway

#1 Post by BMcD »

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the Lower Aghada slipway is tidal at all? Can I launch and retrieve at all stages of the tide? Thanks.

Yes it is tidal. To be safe you would need 2 hours of the flood on a spring tide.

Thanks for the reply. Launched from there this morning at high tide, was trying to gauge what time we will get back in at. Usually go from the tennis club but was closed this morning, not sure if you can still use that slipway.
