Targeting flatfish from the boat in Galway

#1 Post by firetiger7 »

Hey lads,
I was wondering if flatfish angling here around Galway makes any sense at all if I want to catch proper sizes from half a pound upwards? Baits would be flatfish rigs and inchikus with lugworm and mackerel added, that is how I caught them in other places from 3-10m on sand. I tried around Carraroe once but got no flatties that day.
cheers
