Are conditions almost right for inshore Bass?

#1 Post by Rod Tips »

Hi all. I've been eager to get out and try for a Bass. I know there is a new moon today, but is the water temperature still a little on the cool side?
I'm seeing 9.5degrees Celsius on some of apps. Is this too cool?
Or have any of you fishing the east coast around Dublin Bay and beyond had any luck?

I was contemplating lure and bait fishing.

Any advice is most welcome.

They’re out there alright, got one tonight on a north Dublin beach, wasn’t huge, about 38cms, caught on ragworm
