Galway / Clare Beginner

#1 Post by colegraham123 »

Hello I am very new to sea fishing.
I have been trying to catch mackeral recently and driving from oranmore Galway to blackhead but have caught nothing.

Every time I went no one was catching anything and bank was full of people trying.

Anyone able to give a closer location or a location that would be better would really like to finally catch a fish after all my times trying.
Entries now open for the Henry's Tackle Shop All Ireland Shore Smooth Hound Championships on July 18h hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC

I'll have to head to fanore. Haven't got a mackerel yet.
