Skerries Slipway Closed to the public?
Has anybody noticed Fingal County Council has appeared to have decided close off the slipway in Skerries to the public? Just seen some pics from my angling clubs whatsapp group and they've put up a load of orange bollards in recent days..

It’s a joke—-skerries is the only slip way accessible in North Dublin—thé next neatest is Howth! In practical terms anyway!

Yeah and a slipway that is usable at all stages of the tide too. Plus they've only put bollards on the Rush and Loughshinny slipways.. What is going on like?hush1 wrote:It’s a joke—-skerries is the only slip way accessible in North Dublin—thé next neatest is Howth! In practical terms anyway!

After an enquiry Fingal CC have informed me the bollards have been taken down and the slipway is now in use!
