Bait: ragworm
Tide: high around 10:30pm
Results: 2 Smooth Hound + 1 bass
I was out on Sunday and had a bit of a frustrating session, having to move spots, losing gear and no bites so having bait leftover I went back out on Monday night.
There was a bit surf running and some weed as well. Nothing happened until around the high water mark then first up was a hound, then another of around a couple of pounds and finally a bass to finish things off. Nothing huge but still happy to catch them.
My pal fishing with me also took a couple of hounds and he lost the best fish of the night in the surf, that one put a real bend in his rod, he was not happy
would have being interesting to see that one. Anyways, all in all we went home happy enough.
