Blonde and Spotted Rays

#1 Post by Tuna Hunter »

Had a great session on Sunday night at a mark in Donegal Bay.
Ended with 18 rays, 7 blondes and 11 spotted. Great fight from the Blonde Rays.

Had Pollack, Wrasse, Scad, Conger, dogfish, mackerel and sandeel too.

That surely is a huge spotted ray. It seems like you had so much fun and it did pay off.

Never had either from the shore, just a spotted from the boat. Had thornies, painted, undulate and sting from shore but need these 2 and the cuckoo. Deep water? Don't hear of many blondes caught from the shore.
