High tide about eight o clock ,weather foul rain rain more rain wind nnw . fished from 0445 till 1400 .
First outing after having cancer treatment last year. fished up down rig baited with mackerel , results 15+ dogfish 1 small tope about 30 inches long [ in great condition and returned in same condition] in between the dogs landed 2 med size thornies .
Spent some time spinning for macks nothing doing maybe still to cold, did get a brace of coalfish both about 2 kilo + some smaller ones.
Called it quits about 1400 . A great start back will give swilly pier a bash when tides are right.
