Wednesday 16th april
Hour before and after LW
Makeral and peeler on 5/0 mustard uptide pennels

Got bites on both baits every cast. On the Makeral really slow bites, thought it was Ray, turned out to be lobsters!

On the peeler got 2 codling. One above the 2.5 to 3lb mark. Great scrap, thought it was a bass. Got the bait in fanore shop and must say was great quality judging by the fishing.

All in all ended up with two lobster and 2 cod.

Trying to upload pics put the stupid 2mb limit wants me to convert and my phones to much of a piece of crap to bother.
Entries now open for the Henry's Tackle Shop All Ireland Shore Smooth Hound Championships on July 18h hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC

Beautiful lobster, nice fishing. If you don't eat both lobsters you can always sell it
