Same everywhere. Here, this guy got caught In Holland last month with 81 Bass in 4 Ikea bags.

Worst part is of this article is probably the reaction of the police ... this dossier is not high on our priority list, so the guy gets a slap on the wrist and walks away clean.
He was more than likely out the next night doing the same thing cause who can resist 40/50 kg Bass @ 10 to 20 Euro/kg on the black market and no proper legislation.

It's an endless story and it won't stop unless there will be serious penalties implemented (this might not even stop some idiots). That Thai lad ... what did he get £ 2000 fine ... 2 night on the water and he has his money back.
