Basstastic / Penn Service

At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!

Basstastic / Penn Service

#1 Post by jellybait »

Bought a Penn Fathom 25ld last august ,off ebay (From Basstastic ) it started getting stiff and making noises after 8 months fishing , I contacted the seller and was told to send it back for Penn to take a look at as they taught it was a maintaince issue -But i Knew otherwise - Two weeks later ive a new replacment reel sent out from Penn - Great service from both parties and no more trouble than bringing it back to your local tackle shop - I still think the reel is not up to the job of wrecking /reef fishing - Watch this space
