Mono leader
Guys, whats your views on a mono leader? Is it a must? Has anybody noticed difference is hooks ups with or without one?

Yeah, I just realised that I wrote mono instead of fluorocarbon.
So yeah same question with regard to fluorocarbon.

I use fluoro . Used to use mono and never noticed any difference in catch rates. but to be honest hard to tell unless catching numbers consistently. Won't cost much for a spool of fluoro if it gives you confidence though and it'll last ages

id use floro when spinning for sea trout mainly and sea bass its seams to help a little but its all about confadance [sorry about spelling] in what your useing the fish dont mind if your useing mono braid or floro or what ever new stuuff thats out there
