You don't have to spend much to get started.
HTO Rock fish rod casting 5gms. Balance it with a shimano catana 1000 reel. You should get both for under 100 euros.
Get a decent braid line 6-8 lbs. Some fluoro leader 5lb. A bit of power isome on a size 6-8 jighead.
If a chance of bigger fish then bring a net with you to land fish. It ain't great to get a nice fish to rocks and not be able to lift it out.
