Location : Between Bray and Greystones.
Tide : HT 19.00
Lure : Fiish Crazy sandeel.
Conditions : Perfect, some movement on water with great water clarity.
Duration : 17.00- 19.30
Fished here last Friday after looking at this mark for a while and decided to give it a go. There's a bit of climbing involved, tricky enough but safe at the same time. This was my first time out this year. I only fish lures and decided to leave it until this time of the year as the previous 3 years have been very poor around the Dublin/Wicklow areas on lure from late April onwards and only started to get good form late May. Anyway my patience paid off and first cast I was in and had a Pollock around the 3.5/4lb mark, good for these parts. I landed another 4 all around this size and a couple of smaller ones. I had some other soft plastics with me but no need to change as the crazy sandeel was doing the business. I have a few photos on my phone and tried to upload them here but had pixel problems!, anyway great start to the year. Not as many reports on this page these days, not like the good old days!, Tight Lines!

Fished on Greystones beach (North) and Harbor on 25/06/2017
no luck at all on the beach after 2 hours with no bites.
Moved to the harbor for 3 hours, heavy drift to the right from the south pier and a lot of crabs.
The boat club didn't make it easy and kept sailing across the lines out too
