Hi Guys,
Any opinions on the above rod? I like the length and also the 5-28g rating as I want to use it for Sea Trout in Mayo and also Bass in West Cork.

Seemingly a top class rod, I never really heard a bad word about major craft rods.

Nothing but good reviews mates use them an rate them highly only about €130 off a certain site too

There has been a fair bit of grumbling online about some of the Major Craft rods snapping without much reason. I know many anglers have snapped Major Craft Truzers. I have heard of a couple of Skyroads too but not sure of the models. The anglers got little or no satisfaction from the manufacturer/dealer. They cannot be all "Operator Error".
If I was spending my money I think I'd look to some other make rather than tempting fate!
