The ICES advice is not usually followed to the letter. EG: last year they advised about 500T catch. Expect some horse trading.
I think angling has done its share of heavy lifting. The commercials will have to take more pain.
There is meant to be a Management Plan. Maybe know more after the meeting around the 18th July.
Will this law be enforced properly? Surely there would be some backlash at this?
