Time of comp changed from 4 to 3 hours due to 6 nations starting

Checkin in red store car park in Youghal town. Due to small number of anglers because of withdrawals,if traveling a distance it's not looking like we will have a great prize fund so may not be worthwhile. Anyone wanting to fish is most welcome
