Lads
Was out for tope yesterday and managed to pick up a few. Good fun.
Where we are struggling though is getting the tope into the boat. Normally two of us so what we have been doing is one grabbing the leader and one grabs the tail. When the tope is too big we use a rope to lasso around its tail. This is awkward though so looking for an easier method.
What method do ye use?
Has anyone made a tailer using a stick and rope??
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Fish Tailer
Saw lads using these as tailers, seemed effective too.

Re: Fish Tailer
Depending on size we either lift them in by hand or use our home made tailer.
