Loads of macks yesterday in Clare...

But my God the rubbish is way more... we had to take home more than a huge bag of rubbish with the fish...

in and around bunbeg today no sign of mackerel just a few small plaice :(
also i heard reports of mackerel being caught at ardglass co, down today :)

Heard of a few around Waterford marks but nothing on my lures lately.

Few big pollack got a pb this year already.

Wife doing me head in for them so I got to be a good husband and keep trying [emoji1][emoji106]

Spent an hour and a bit in salthill, Galway near high tide and got 3 macs and two grey gurnards on feathers :)

Finally appeared at the mouth of the Boyne 12 in half an hour two hours after the rise and some good sized lads too

Just back from a 10 day visit to Sligo/Donegal. Full report later but plenty of mack showing around St Johns Point last week . Had 16 to keep in 30 mins one evning.

Had two nights B & B near Duncannon on return trip to ferry at Rosslare, Saturday and Sunday, tried spinning on the Hook and no sign of macks.

Guy in the newsagents/ tackle shop said none showing.

South Bull Wall at high tide (11.30am) today , in 40 minutes, had a dozen mackerel on jigs.

Fenit pier would be your best bet I had plenty of them there a month ago fishing the road bridge before the marina. Fished the side facing Tralee.
