People: myself

Duration: 19.30 - 22.30

Tide: drop to LW

Weather: foggy

Bait: crab, lug, mac

Rigs: 3 hook flapper, pulleys

Results: 1 bass, 2 flounder, 1 coalie

Report:
i usually try not to bore ye with mediocre sessions but last wednesday the tide was right, the wind had changed and i was ready for once

getting out of the car i could hear the waves breaking - maybe i got it wrong, was it too rough?

got down the hill and could see lovely white tables in front of me - perfect- not big but there for once

baits out and first cast a flounder 23 cm, lug and mac

2nd cast tought i had another flounder on - but no a bass of 29 cm - first of the year - most welcome - again lug and mac
of course the battery died in my camera - says it all i wanted a picture of him for the species hunt

half an hour later another flounder 24 cm lug and mac

and another half hour after that good fat coalie - 34 cm on a big crab bait

packed home and back in the house by 11 - nice solid session for once (i know thats a solid session for me these days  )

encouragement for more winter fishing
