Got to the beach as the tide was turning baited up fishing very quickly,
had tried the bait shops for rag no fresh bait so mackerel as standby bait was all I had.
First cast and a nice flounder of 25cm. I heard a shout behind me a
golden retriever was at my bait when I got to the bait box
no bait left he had scoffed 4 large fillets and the plastic bag they were in.
The dog owners apologised. but put an early end to a promising session.
