best rig body

hi all I have been out of sea fishing for some years now,but I am starting to get the urge to go back again now.the question I have is what do most people use as rig body and for snoods ???I have been to a few comps to look but have no idea what they are using now at all??any help would be much appreciated.

shock leader for snoods or heavy mono and amnesia for snoods breaking strain is own preference

All my fishing rigs are made from greased weasel shock for the rig body and amnesia for my snoods. Been using them for 15+ years and neither have ever let me down. Try find a line you like and stick with it, just make sure your rig body line is strong enought for your lead. I use 60lb greased weasel and depending on what I'm fishing for i use 15lb to 30lb amnesia.

Hi johndory 16 I my self use surefire mono 60. Lb as my right body find it brilliant great. Knot strength. Not much stretch little memory. Grateful for abrasion. Resistant. Generally an all round quality line for snoods a chop not change between surefirx and amnesia. For the same reason. All lines are clear hope this helps
