Engine For Parts

#1 Post by herefishyfishy »

I'm on the look out for an old (1982 - 84 ish) 2 stroke 40HP Yamaha Long Shaft for parts. I have no idea where to start looking, does anyone have an ideas where to start. I have been onto Clinton Marine but he doesn't have one so the search continues.
Thanks.

Keep an eye on donedeal and Adverts... From time to time they do come up. Also, get a manual or parts list for your engine as it is likely that quite a few of the parts will be common to the 30hp version in that year. There are one or 2 specialised parts guys in the UK tyhat might be a good bet as well.
