Hello lads, just found this and thought all the SP and lure anglers might enjoy the watch.

I've watched a few of his videos and i must say it looks like a brilliant idea! I haven't looked into the start up costs but seems to me like the possibilities are endless for home made soft plastics, precision and time consuming making the mould but after the moulds are made you have the infinity of your imagination for colours, sizes and shapes!

Hi I watched the whole video, and it is very good detailed and interesting to see how it is done,. For my self I could not see my self going to this much work and I would not have the time to do this. Also it might not be cost effective . Thanks for posting tho.

Well i looked into it myself and 200 start up and you could make about 50-100 moulds and 100's of jellies and that's with almost twenty colour and glitter additives so the options are endless, take one of your favorite jellies make a mould of it and you can make every colour and style you want. The stuff for the moulds is the most expensive, once you have that its £20 for a kg of the silicone SP stuff and you'll get 100-500 jellies per kilo depending on the sizes. Actually very cost effective i think, especially days like these when it's hard to get out fishing you can be making lures and experimenting with colours.

**EDIT** you can also make swim baits and paddle tails, four different levels of silicone stiffness for every type of lure!

Also Jim he uses the moulding material to make tin jig heads in another video, skull jig heads i think but the methodology is sound and fascinating too.
