Bass fishing in Dublin

#1 Post by JimH »

Just been talking to Henry from Henrys Tackle in Dublin. I wanted to collect a new lure rod from him, rang him to tell him I would be up to collect it (romantic weekend away) and then promptly got roped into something by both Pat and Henry. I’m in trouble, bigtime!

End result is I will be in Henrys shop on Saturday 15th from about 10:00 to 16:00. If you would like to discuss any aspects of your bass fishing, that you might think I could help you with, on either Fly or Lure then why not drop in for a chat.

Tell you what guys - its a special year for me 2014 so this is what I'll do - if you come into the shop to have a chat or even to see the rod etc (not that that's the most important thing!) write your name on a ticket for a draw.

One Prize - we'll fish together, day of your choice in Wexford (or other) FREE guided/workshop day..I'll get Henry to draw from a hat at the end of the day...

Interesting too to hear what you think I might have gone for.....

Speaking of sea trout, the lads have a great selection of lures in for the season ahead, Smith, Lucky Craft, casting jigs etc etc. Been doing some advance purchasing myself....

If only I could justify that Pepper Rory! Would have been my guess too.
