This is the 4.5 Gary yamomoto hula swimmer use these with with twist lock hooks.
Best action I seen in a sp in a while.
If you can get then try them.
I was using for 15 min and got 3 followers from shore.

The new monster slug from Savage Gear looks the business, I'm looking forward to having a few of these for this year, the action on these are amazing just wondering when they'll be in the shops here.
A bad day fishing is better than a good day at the office!

Holy crap I just youtubed this lure

It looks insane, the tail action is unreal!
I wonder could you rig it weedless or do you have to use the jig head they supply? It looks a bit bulky to fit on an offset weedless hook.

SG lures are consistantly good and cheaper than most companies lures which helps. Would love to see a shot of this working 40 yards from shore though - its easy to work a lure in a swimming pool directly under your rod tip. I can see boat/kayak/dropshot anglers drooling over the vid though.
If the action is as good as the sandeel/slug they are onto another winner.

Those monster slugs look the job alright. They may work well weedless with something like Owner Sled heads:
