Double figure pollock, eh? Don't ya just love them? Fantastic sizes fish, especially if you're on balanced gear. I remember my first............ took it from a wreck half way between Jersey and Guernsay. Ahhh, happy memories. Winding in the jellyworm, feeling the pluck-pluck of an interested fish, then the sudden weight on the end of the line and the reel starting to scream, the rod doubled over, hanging on for dear life wondering what the heck I'd hooked...............

Well done K2, now that you've had one you'll want more! Addictive, innit!

Too right mate! I didnt set the drag on my reel, So I had to play it on the backwind.... Fish took a dive, and I got the knuckles rapped off me!! But an Amazing fight... Only 30ft of water, Took 3 real dives in all.... Unlike any other Pollack Ive hooked, Fought to the boat...!!!
