May 18th Connaught Shore Committee, Enniscrone,
Connaught Open Shore Gold Medal, leg 2 of league.
June 15th Corrane SAC, Keel, Leg 3 of league.
June 29th Galway Bay SAC, Ballyreen, leg 4 of league (Species competition).
July 12th-13th Galway Bay SAC 2 day shore festival.
August 2nd Newport SAC, Clew Bay, leg 5 of league.
August 31th Mullaghmore SAC, Tullan, Leg 6 of league.
September 14th Killala BC, Killala area, leg 7 of league.
September 27th-28th, Connaught Shore Committee, Ray Toner memorial
Closed Shore Gold Medal.
October 11th Galway Bay SAC, Westport area, leg 8 of shore league.

Is this open to any anglers who is in a club , and are theses dates going to be the west coast shore league or will they be different.

If it says leg of league then it is definitely going to be part of the west coast shore league
However!
An individual club may request to change a date if something comes up nearer the time - weather, clash with national comp. etc.
All you have to be is a member of any IFSA club to fish the league
The Galway Bay open is the same
But for the closed gold medal you must be a member of a Connaught club

this has been moved to the 22nd to accomodate the master angler boat with Mullaghmore SAC 27/28/29th
Also there is the Galway Bay open on the bank holiday Monday 5th of May with the species prizes
